Peas Back to List
We carry Sugar Snap Peas and Snow Peas on a regular basis, as they are available all year.

Sugar Snap Peas have a rounded pod and are sweeter than the flatter Snow Pea. Both make an excellent snack raw, but are usually cooked - mainly in stir-fry. Be careful not to overcook Snow Peas, they are best when they have a slight crunch.

Primary sources are Central America, Mexico, and Florida. Sugar Snap and Snow Peas are a staple in Oriental diets and are high in Vitamins C and K and fiber.
